Passing Slicer Variables to a Macro PRINT-START

Hello,
In Cura we can pass the temperature of bed and hotend with this line in the PRINT-START macro :
PRINT_START BED={material_bed_temperature_layer_0} HOTEND={material_print_temperature_layer_0}

In simplify3D i did not find the two variables.
Anybody can help me ?

Many of the available variables are listed here:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1959

I believe you want [extruder0_temperature] and [bed0_temperature]
