Im using CHT volcano nozzle and a normal temp of 220 which is great except when the speed digs down to 25%, it is boiling the filament even though the temp says its 220. I tried a section turned down to 205 and it then is fine.

Bridging requires temperature override
I experimented to try and get decent bridging, which happens nicely at about 25% speed...no surprise
However
