Top and Bottom Quality issue.. Looking for Setting to try

I am getting separation issue on bottom and top layers around small holes as seen in the photos.
Using Simplify3d 5.1.2. The part for scale is roughly 40mm x 30mm x 15 mm Hole 3mm diameter.
This is better that the last one which was 15% on the Outline Overlap. Current is 20%. Looking for any other recommendation to try to get the top and bottom layers better.

For the top layer, these changes should help:
- Increase Outline Overlap
- Decrease Top Layer Speed
- Increase Top Layer Extrusion Modifier

For the bottom layer, it looks like it's caused by the nozzle being slightly far from the bed. You can either change this in Simplify3D with Z-axis Global Offset or change this on the machine. If your nozzle is too close to the bed, you should see the printed line being too squished. Increase the z-offset to a positive value. If your nozzle is too far to the bed, you should see the printed line being a bit 'round' and not squished at all. Decrease the z-offset to a negative value.

Remember, you can do a search for any of these settings from the top right corner of Edit Process Settings.

Thanks I will try changing the parameter you mentioned.
I just changed to the Sonic Pad and it required me to change some parameter I had everything working the way I liked under the Creality Firmware, but what to move to Klipper to get High Nozzle temperatures and wifi capability. Now having to re-adjust to get back to normal.

Just curious, it there a way to change the wall thickness or wall layers around a hole in Simplify3d (extrude more circle pattern around the hole..) Like the wall layer for outer walls? or will Simplify3D use that setting for both outer and inner walls ? I do not remember a separate setting for inner wall thickness or padding a hole.

(Never mind this question, I found that wall layer does change both outer and inner walls including holes.)
