Factory File Not Saving Object Scale Values

Hello,
I have been using S3D for a while now and I must say I am impressed.

I have noticed though, that if I save my Factory File my object scale values are not saved, but the object is still scaled.

For example, lets say I have an STL file that is a 1cmx1cmx1cm cube. I put the cube on the platform and scale it to 150%. The cube is now 1.5cm^3. If I save my Factory File, close S3D, reopen S3D and load my factory file, I still have a 1.5cm^3 object, but the scale value for the object is now 100%.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if you need any more information.
