Supports should be considered when drawing skirts

In older versions of Simplify 3D, when a skirt was drawn, it would automatically take into consideration if there were any supports and go around them. In the new versions the skirt is drawn only around the parts of the object touching the build platform. This is a problem for objects which don't have any parts touching the buildplate (irregular objects which can only be printed thanks to supports), as in this case no skirt is drawn at all and the nozzle cannot be primed enough to print the first layer. There should be an option for the behaviour of the skirts in these cases.
