Holes on top layers with M2

Hi good morning, im having problems printing top curved surfaces, like the famous geared heart, the furface is left with holes, and some blubs, any ideas on how to solve this problem.

Have you tried using more exterior walls? It seems like this should close up the holes on steep gradients like you are seeing.
