I print pretty much all my prints with a Z -0.05 to -0.1 displacement, which is almost half the layer height, as a result, the object adheres to the print surface well and it also adopts the texture of the blue painter's tape, so it's a win win, the only caveat is that I sometimes manually cut off the borders with a box-cutter (the surface becomes smooth, without the usual lines)
Proposed feature:
- Print the outer borders as they are
- Over extrude everything else
- (Optional) Specify a first layer height (0.1 would be better for the first layer height with this method, but I would like the rest of the print to be 0.2)

I'm going to try and print some keycaps, the 1! 2@ 3# texts require extreme precision, probably more than the machine has, if I also print with my current method, the detail is further lost, so I need the outer borders to be precise, this is why I'm requesting this feature
