1st attempt at dual extrusion failed

Hello,

I have a Flashforge Dreamer and I've been able to print great single extrusion models before using Simplify3D.
Tonight I tried to use the Dual Extrusion Wizard for a simple two-color piece but failed miserably.

The print preview animation showed the model correctly, with the first 2mm of the object in one color and the other2mm (the object is 4mm high) in the other color, but the printer actually started printing two instances of the same bottom 2mm, side-by-side, each printed by one of the two extruders, instead of a combined object with two colors.

At first I thought it could be a toolhead offset issue, but then I came to the conclusion it wasn't because the first 2mm of the

Well it definitely sounds like toolhead offset issues...

I've used the dual extrusion wizard with my FF dreamer many times and I haven't seen this issue yet. So what could be different about your printer? Are you using the stock S3D profile from the config assistant?
