Avoid Crossing Outlines causes extrusion during travel moves

I've noticed that when I use the "Avoid Crossing Outlines for Travel Moves" option in 3.01 I get what appears to be full extrusion continuing during the first travel move from completion of my brim to the base layer. If I turn this option off the same move results in no material being deposited. I've not let the print using the Avoid Crossing option continue past this point so I cannot say if the behavior continues for the remainder of the print.

I, too, ran into this in 3.0.1. It seems as though "Avoid Crossing Outlines for Travel Moves" and that the "Maximum allowed detour factor" have no effect on the travel in the same way it had in 3.0.0.

As a result, I ended up going back to 3.0.0.
