Need to recover 'Machine Control Panel' MACROS

I had a computer crash and subsequent clean install. I'm just getting S3D installed and setup. I open the Machine Control Panel and realize my 3 macros are gone. I've forgotten exactly what they were but they were very handy. Were those stored anywhere that I can recover them? I have a full backup of my old OS's folders.

What did the macros do? There are a bunch of people frequenting these forums who are familiar with G-Code and may be able to help reproduce them given their functions
