Question about prime tower

I have a problem with the prime tower and I think I missed something in my setup.

My problem occured when my parts don't need the dual extrusion during some layers. In this case, the prime tower is only printed with used tool, and the non used tool stay without extrusion for a too long time. In case of PVA, it could ruined your print (and your nozzle if the PVA carbonize into it).

So the idea is to do like in Cura, that is to print the prime tower with both extruders one by one. Even if a tool is not used in the current layer.

Is there an option to do that, or I have to create a feature request ?

I have the same problem with prime towers. I need to prime both extruders for every layer and i can not find an option for this.
