3D Print offset

Even tho I have had this software for some time now I am finally trying to using it. I have a problem. When I start printing it is WAY off set. It leaves a blob in the middle of the BED. And starts printing in the far Right of the bed. Half of the print is on the Bed and the other half is off the bed. Is there a way to fix this ? and how ? I have a Makerbot 2 w/sailfish firmware. It works perfectly fine with the Makerbot Desktop slicer software.

Thanks,
Dennis

Re: 3D Print offset

Are you using the built in profile that's already included in the software for the Rep2? Did you make any changes to that profile?

Re: 3D Print offset

Just to confirm the standard Makerbot 2 profile has been working perfect for me for many months.....

No changes made to any profile. I am thinking of importing the firmware profile tho ?

Re: 3D Print offset

Why would you need to import a firmware profile?

Just go to Help > Configuration Assistant and choose the Replicator 2 profile. As many others have already confirmed, that profile works fine and no other changes are needed.

So if you are using that profile and things aren't working, then it's likely an issue with the sailfish firmware offsets you are using.
