At the end of a languid outside perimeter the wipe is occurring with incongruous rapidity.
One might say at the speed of the manoeuvre that is to follow (rather than that which preceded it) ?
In any case the results are predictably unsatisfactory (in terms of leaving a trace) so I'm turning it off.
