S3D Machine Control Issue with M2

I've encountered an issue tonight with S3d's Machine Control Panel and my M2...This previously worked, and I'm not sure what is wrong...

The Machine control panel connects to my Makergear M2, however I am unable to control it. I cannot use the controls. I cannot turn on the extruders, I'm unable to open the SD card dialog for printing...

In the communication dialog I see a stream of SENT: M105 periodically...

As it turns out the USB cable seems to have gone bad! I replaced the USB cable and everything is running again!
