Default process
On the main screen, please have S3D default to the last process used instead of the last process on the list. Also, After you hit prepare to print, default to the last process used instead of automatically selecting all of them

I assume you, like a fair few others, store your range of slicer settings in a list of "processes" that you can see in the window on the main S3D screen.....and not as "profiles" in the way in which the software has been designed to be used.
If you used the software as it is designed then you would most of the time have just one or possibly two processes.....and you would not have the "issue" you are requesting a workaround for.
