Model Disappears After "Preparing to Print"

I was hoping to use my S3D today but I ran into an issue where a model disappears once I press the "prepare to print" button.
I have never encountered this so I am quite puzzled...

I have before/after pics to upload, just not sure where the upload button is located. I also have my factory file to share so that others may try and duplicate my issue.

Re: Model Disappears After "Preparing to Print"

Click "Edit Process Settings", then choose the "Select Models" button in the bottom left. If you want to print all parts, then you need to have all parts selected (one of yours is not selected)

Re: Model Disappears After "Preparing to Print"

You also have a small issue with your propellers......the blades are resolved separate to the cone.

To resolve this, ungroup the parts so you can work on the propellers in isolation. Select one propeller and click on the Separate Connected Surfaces on the Mesh dropdown menu. This will create two extra entries in the parts list. Repeat for the other three propellers. Job done!!

EDIT: In fact you have the same issue with all fuselage and wing sections. Do the same as above and you'll be okay!

SECOND EDIT: Looks as if this trick won't work for the wing and fuselage sections. You'll need to run them through the cloud repair service.......or go back to the CAD package and boolean merge the separate meshes together.
