new ver 3.1 still holds on the old job or STL/factory file ?

The very last thing I printed on the pervious ver was this....

Then I upgraded....

Now no matter what I try to print, do, reset, blah, blah, blah... it still ALWAYS prints out that top holder unit!

No matter what I've tried! Sure it shows my current part/stl... and in the preview and slices all through the layers...

But the printer starts to print that old part from the previous ver.

Any ideas?

After you slice the part, click "Save Toolpaths to Disk" and save the file to your desktop. Do you see the new file on your desktop?

If so, then just open the machine control panel, click Print, and select that file

No, I've never had to do that even though I tested and tried it. I even exit out and restart, load up an entirely new factory file from the past... click "Prepare to Print" ...

it shows the CURRENT factory file.... then I start to print...

it prints the OLD file that was last printed from the old version (3.0.2)...

And it's doing this on both my machines... workstation and laptop..

So I've gone back to 3.0.2

So just to be clear, did you try what I recommended above? When you followed those instructions to export the toolpaths to your desktop, did it work?
