Skipped/weak/under extrude sections at the starting points

I'm getting some thin lines at the starting points of each layer in some of the parts. almost 1/3 of a section of the print has this problem. Would you please take a look at the factory file and see what is wrong?

It would probably help more if you posted a picture of your actual print. But from your description, I'm guessing you just need to increase your extra restart distance setting

Try increasing the extra restart distance to +0.1 or +0.2mm. You may also want to try disabling wiping to see if that helps.
