ABS not Sticking to HIPS Support

Hello,

I've been trying to print a part in ABS, with HIPS support and an ooze shield. Bed adhesion and the HIPS part of printing is fine, however when it starts to print the actual model in ABS, it tends to "rock" a little as the ABS extruder prints, gets stuck to the extruder, and falls off of the print. I've attached a picture below.

Printer: Flashforge Creator X
Infill: 22%
Support density: 28%
Raft: on, 2 layers
Ooze shield: Yes, both extruders
Default Printing Speed: I've tried anywhere from 3300 to 3900 mm/min
ABS temperature: 238
HIPS temperature: 252
Bed temperature: 113
Shells: 3/3/2 top/bottom/outline

The small piece to the right of the picture is the bottom of the print. It detached early on, but somehow was able to finish printing the model
