I use OctoPrint with an OctoPi setup.
Up until about a week and a half ago it worked great. I would create my form in S3D and save. I could then send the gcode file to OctoPrint and then print or I could take the x3g file and put it on an SD card to run from there.
My OctoPi setup worked great.
My printer is a QIDI Dual extruder.
Now if I send the gcode to the OctoPi it will start the print and after about 4% to 12% it will pause or just stop, sometimes to a pause mode on the LCD and many times just stop and put blobs on the print. Even if I go into the room and push un-pause on the LCD it will heat back up and print for two to four seconds and then fail. It will not even restart printing from there.
The same x3g file generated on saving in S3D it works fine. No issues.
I did not change anything that I can think of or see in S3D and my OctoPi. There were some updates for the OctoPi but things worked fine after them for several days.
I have since build a new image from scratch for the OctoPi and set it up and the same issue happens.
Does anyone have any ideas??
I really like using the OctoPi.
