retraction units vs coasting units

The settings: "Extra restart distance" and "coasting distance" have respectively "mm raw filament" and "xy travel mm" as unit.

Why?
I'm trying to set up the thing to coast a certain amount of mm's, and let the extra restart distance do exactly the same amount in order to compensate for the coasting.
In the current way it's not really easy to get that right. I'd have to calculate it each time I change the layer height.

Can't these two settings be changed to use the same unit?

Re: retraction units vs coasting units

Agreed, it seems the restart distance would more usefully be expressed as the extruded length, not the filament length. This is doubly so because since the UI only has two decimal places you run into the fact that the smallest possible restart length of 0.01mm is a fairly large extrusion amount.
