Allow any settings to be associated with machine or material

Having recently started using S3D for multiple different machines I was delighted to finally understand how to use the machine/material settings correctly. However, I was disappointed to discover that some things I thought should be associated with material are machine settings. For instance, printing speed is generally a function of the materials I'm using. TPU must be printed slower, but I can fly with PLA on the same machine. Then I got to thinking that this may not be the case for all people and so to make things most universal it would be best to let the user decide.

Every setting in the advanced tab should, in my opinion, be able to be associated with either the machine or the material. I'm not sure how that would look from a UI standpoint. Perhaps each menu item could simply be right-clicked and a small popup could appear that would say "machine setting/material setting" and material settings would be indicated by a subtle color change.
