No extrusion

Hello, i'am new to Simplify 3D but i got a realy strange Problem.
I tryed to print out a Calibration Object (a Cube) but it got Problems with the Extrusion.

(I use a Prusa i3 with a Bowden Extruder.)

I set in Simplify 3D the Filament Diameter, Layerheight, right Temperture (200°C) and checked my inductive Probe Offset and everything is ok.
If i try to print with the Simplify 3D generated gcode something like this happens:


If i print the exact same File with Cura it prints...
Can i export the Settings that you can see my Settings?

Looks like you need to move the nozzle a bit higher above the bed. This explains it really well:
