Qidi Tech ending script to power off?

Hello,

I'm interested in shutting the printer off automatically after a print is completed. Is this a bad thing ?

If not how can I doe it ? I tried adding the following to my ending script in Simplify3D

M73 P100 ; end build progress
G1 Z150 F1000 ; send Z axis to bottom of machine
M140 S0 T0 ; cool down HBP
M104 S0 T0 ; cool down right extruder
M104 S0 T1 ; cool down left extruder
M127 ; stop blower fan
G162 X Y F3000 ; home XY maximum
M18 ; disable stepper
M72 P1 ; play Ta-Da song
M81 ;ATX power shutoff

Any help is much appreciated.

Well the M81 will only work if you have actually wired up the electronics correctly so that you can toggle the power supply. Most machines aren't wired this way, so it may require some DIY tinkering to work.

It's a no go unless you change the power supply to something like an ATX style that isn't dependent on a hard wired switch. In other words a power supply that is capable of a soft off.
