Temperature control of blocks

Hi
Sorry if this is a simple question I am new.

I am trying to set up a temperature test print printing 5mm in height of a block at one temperature then step the temperature up/down by 2C for the next 5mm etc etc. I can see how to do it per layer but Im stuck as to a block distance.

Just divide the distance by your layer height. So if you want to change temp every 5mm and you have 0.2mm layer height, then just add a new temperature setpoint every 25 layers (5 / 0.2 = 25)
