Generate Calibration Objects

Add the ability to generate simple prints to assist in calibrating printer and filament settings in simplify3d.

- Have a option to generate a temperature calibration pillar and have it emboss the temperature on the pillar as it goes up.

- Have the option to generate a extrusion multiplier pillar. Start a pilliar with a high extrusion rate and a fixed size like 20mmx20mm. Emboss the setting on the side as it goes up.

- Have a option to generate a speed setting pillar with the speed starting low at the bottom and increasing as it goes up. Emboss the setting on the side of the pillar as it goes up.

- Have a option to generate a first layer calibration object that prints lines or zig zags across the build plate and each line varies one parameter every 40-50mm or zag like: height, width, speed.

- Have the option to generate a retraction test that varies a selected parameter like: distance, extra restart, lift, speed, coasting, wipe.

- Have an option to generate a bridging object test that generates test objects that vary a selected parameter like: threshold, inflation, extrusion, speed.

These tests would help people dial in their settings on their printer so they can produce better prints and more fully enjoy 3d printing and simplify3D.

I really like this idea.

It would not only help new users to get along quickly and understand how things work out together, also it would help calibrating new filaments or new hardware without always wasting a lot of time doing it by yourself.
