I've found that when I print objects out of TPU with dome-like features, the tops of those domes are more opaque and have a foamy look to them compared to the rest of the object. The change from semi-transparent to foam cap occurs in just one or two layers- not gradual- see photo link below. I've made sure that there aren't any flat layers being printer in these areas and have tweaked the temperature settings quite a bit and looked for interesting things in the build previews, but I haven't solved this yet. Has anyone else noticed this or have some other suggestions on what to examine?

Humidity and temperature issue... TPU is quite hard to print without bubbles...
Io non credo in un Dio personale, non l'ho mai negato e anzi l'ho espresso chiaramente. Se c'è qualcosa in me che può essere definito religioso, quella è la sconfinata ammirazione per la struttura del mondo così come la scienza può rivelarcela.

I got the same on TPU if I printed it to slow and/or to high temperature. If you slow down the speed (which happens on S3D in default when the layer print time is smaller than 15 seconds, see cooling tab) you have to lower the temperature.
Make a test piece with varying temperatures and speeds (use different processes starting at differenz heights) to find the sweet spot
