Ooze shield refuses to work (inconsistent layer height?)

So I'm trying to be able to use the ooze shield with an XYZPrinting Da Vinci 2.0, and it popped up an error stating

"Prime pillars and ooze shields cannot be used with different layer heights.

Please make sure that your layer height is the same between all processes."

Both processes were made using the dual extrusion wizard. I got around this just to test by turning off the ooze shield, but really it's kind of needed with my printer. I've double checked and the layer height is the same on the processes. (0.15mm) and I don't see a way to change the height of the ooze shield or primary pillar manually. What do I have to do to get it working?

**Note, I bought simplify3d last night, so I don't really know the software at all.

Re: Ooze shield refuses to work (inconsistent layer height?)

I don't get this error normally when using their stock profile for that machine, so I'm guessing you made an accidental change to the settings.

Try going back to Help > Configuration Assistant, and re-select your printer from the list. That will re-download their stock profile. Then make sure that you use this profile with the dual extrusion wizard and don't change any other settings. I just did it, and it works fine following those steps.
