Fan stops print for a short time
I noticed that when I turn the fan on after printing about 10 layers the printer stops for a short time. Maybe less then a second. Then it moves like normal. Wonder if that is normal or is it a bug that is stops like that as it turns the cooling fan on?

From what I've seen, the code is executed in sequence, so when the FAN code is sent, that instruction must complete before the next MOVE instruction is executed.
I suspect you have the "Blip Fan" option selected which would instruct the fan to go to full power briefly, and then switch to the desired speed. It's probably the pause for the full-speed blip you're seeing.
