Hi all, again.
having trouble setting the height on the bed printing, basicaly the nozle keeps starting too high above the bed and will not lower no how..
the nozzle homes to a leval 0.25mm, the width of the paper...layer height 0.3mm with a 0.4mm nozzle (tried down to 0.2mm).
to my reconing lowering the global g code offset has for 12month lowered the nozle height (or taken it higher as set)..not today though. -6mm should have scared up the bed surely?
X,Y,Z and E are spot on (to within 0.04mm eather way).
tried a hot and cold bed.
in the G code section...
global G-code offsets....z axis, i've been to -6mm and plus 6mm no change (the nozzle homes to a leval 0.25mm, the width of the paper...)
started shifting the offset origin, the same results...neadda
any hints or insight please?
