MKS SBASE 1.3 trouble connectiong

Hi, I can not connect my printer using USB to S3D.

I select the right baud rate (115200) and have tried with both USB ports that show up when I plug the printer but I get:

Attempting connection at \\.\COM11...
Permissions error connecting to port
Is there another application already connected to this port?
Error opening selected port.

Any ideas, solutions?

They have an FAQ section about this, so you might want to start by reading that:

I am also having this issue, after updating my firmware.. The Baud is set for 115200 on my COM 3 in devise manager, in S3D and in my Marlin sw..
I haven't been able to connect since..

This error typically means another software is open and already connected to the port you attempted to open a connection with.
Permissions error connecting to port
Is there another application already connected to this port?
Error opening selected port.
Do you still have the Arduino IDE open or another 3D printer controller software open? If so, try closing them and then clicking connect in S3D.
