Thin exterior wall seperation from solid body

https://www.dropbox.com/s/cfhri1rm0pxjg ... a.jpg?dl=0

I have a model created in OnShape. The bulk is a solid object, The exterior layer is separating from the rest of the model.
In the image above you can see the razor through the layer. It is bonded on the bottom where I have a
1mm fillet at edges.
I'm at a loss, all of my test prints have been almost perfect.
The wall on the cylinder is not separated. Only on the large flat areas.

Thank you for any help.

Try increasing the outline overlap percentage to 40 or 50% (that setting is on the Infill tab)

You might also try modifying z-hop and/or enable the "Avoid crossing outline for travel movements". It looks like the nozzle is crossing that corner during certain layers and causing some ooze to get caught between the gap.
