My bad noise problem has been fixed by BCN3D support. It was a pulley without lubricant.
I have a specific problem with simplify3D and nGen. I use Zorgonaute84 settings and I have a major layer adhesion issue. When I slice the STL with same settings (temperatures, infill, etc..) everything is fine.

The Best advice I can give you about dual color printing is to not used the Colorfila PLA provide by BCN3D. This poor PLA cause a lot of stringling. And if you really want to test with it, do not used the BCND settings... My advice is to print the Colorfila at 200C. What's your advice: colorfabb ? ...

With bcn3d cura i have lot of issues in dual printing with the prime to the box feature before moving to the wipe&prime tower. The primed filament does not get cleaned from the rubber at the prime box. The "waste" get's taken along and is falling down later to the print. My dual print...

Same problem for me on OSX. Software worked like a charm for one day.
