Re: Provide a clearer separation between printer, filament, and build settings.

This has been requested many times! I'll be adding your feedback to our existing documentation for our developers to review.

Re: Speeding up start-of-print.

You can already do this with Simplify3D. Your start script just needs to be edited to something like the following. G28 ; home all axes M140 S[bed0_temperature] ; begin heating bed M104 S[extruder0_temperature] T0 ; begin heating extruder M190 S[bed0_temperature] ; heat bed and wait to finish M109 S...

Re: Switching Between Printers

Switching between printer profiles is easy! From your edit process settings window select the profile of the printer you want to print with from your "Select Profile" drop down menu.

Re: Ordering of supports for use with Mosaic Palette / 2-to-1 extruders

Great idea! Our dual extrusion optimizations already perform similar optimizations for printed islands. I'm sure our devs would entertain the idea of changing the entire order in which features within parts get sequenced. I've documented your request and will monitor for further user interest.

Re: Slice from Android IOS mobile device

Great idea! Would you be designing CAD models from your phone? I'm curious to see how many people keep STL files on their phones.

Re: Gradual Support Infill Percentage and Perimeters

Great Idea! The outline around the entire support area will certainly detract from our famous quick and easy to remove supports. You can likely accomplish something similar by modeling the supports in your CAD package and then gradually changing the infill density of the process assigned to print th...

Re: Bad interpretation of STL

I was able to eventually get it to download. It looks as if the model has several identified areas where the model is intersecting its own triangles. This is generally not good for sliced results in Simplify3D. I'd suggest cleaning up the STL in Microsoft 3D Builder's automated repair functionality ...

Re: Bad interpretation of STL

I'm happy to look further into this. The file sharing service you used is generating an internal server error when I try to download the file. Can you attach the print here as a factory file? (File > Save Factory File As in Simplify3D)

Re: How to export or save Communication log from Master Control Panel

The communication log is not saved to a log file. You can select the output by clicking and dragging upwards then right click and copy the selected text. You can then either paste this into a txt file or simply paste it into your forum post inside a quote or code block.
