Repeating from above: I have an issue where horizontal surfaces are not solid. Note that this is not an issue with the top layers of the print, but with any solid horizontal layers not printing on top of the infill. This has also occurred with the underside of a model. Those are the steps I've followed, as well as dragging the image to the message box.
And if either of these worked there would be two pictures attached to this post.

That is precisely the process I was using with Firefox.
