Are there any configs for this printer
I bought the software several months back for the all to well known "Peelable supports"
I have yet to get more than 3 good prints from it
take the same stl file and run it in mattercontrol and its perfect
I know its in the settings but havent been able to lock it down
basically I can start a print and maybe I get one decent or ok print but 2 is unhead of.
Seems like the hotend is jamming but again it doesnt when I close Simplify and load mattercontrol
i've adjusted the retract as well as turn it off all together
any help would be appreciated it

Well if it's jamming then you're definitely going to have quality issues. And turning off your retract settings isn't going to help quality either, my prints looks like a mess when I do that.
Here's a simple thing you could do. Why don't you try to print the same 20mm cube in S3D and with Mattercontrol and then upload your gcode files here? That should make it really easy for us to comment on what might be different, and even test on our own machines.
