3.0.2 Strange slicer bug with first layer height 100%

Hi,
On a simple piece I have a slicer bug when I make a rectangular hole on one face.
On the joined picture on the left the box without the opening, on the left with the opening, there is a part of one layer missing!
No error are detected with the Non Main-fold edges check.
Thanks for advice

Re: Strange slicer bug

I have found that, I got this issue if I set first layer height to 100% !!!
If if keep it at default setting 90% all is OK

slices fine for me but then again all you posted was the stl. if you need help no one can really do that without a factory file.

Jim

The factory file is there to download....its called DisplayPort.factory

I've downloaded it and the stl.....and I get the same issue using both the settings from the factory file and with my own settings. I've checked out the shape and it looks good, and I've even run it through the Netfabb cloud repair service....and the gap is still there!

I've not tried printing....my printer is busy at the moment printing a sequence of long jobs!

Same thing, missing lines.
If I rotate (or sometimes resize) the model I want to print, strange caps appears. The skull on the pic works OK if I let it be on it's original position.
