Why is bridging not being applied?

I have applied zone to part with obvious overhangs?

EDIT: Working with more than a couple of zones/processes is tough going, it really needs a hierarchy with graphic display of what is mapped where. It cant be this hard...sometimes it works sometimes not and I have no way of seeing an overview to debug

I run a business... and paid for s3d including the recent upgrade and I really need support here...I have paid jobs depending on it.

This is a community forum, so if you can't find a way to post an example file it's going to be hard for others to help you.

Judging from your picture, you may also want to try adding 1 bottom solid layer, since bridging generally only happens when you tell the software you need a solid structure at the bottom (otherwise it leaves it open).

Sorry I had thought trouble shooting etc was vendor based or at least supported.
