[ADDED] Brim request.

I've used brim on many projects where I split the part in two to prevent using supports, and then bond the two halves together. Brim works fine for that as the part is held to the print bed and the bottom bonding surfaces are glass smooth. I can't easily do the same with only the raft available. In your latest release you indicate that Creator supports brims, but how does one generate a proper brim. I've searched the subject of brim in the Quick Start guide and on this forum, but there aren't any instructions on how to generate a brim.

Thanks,
Walt

Re: Brim request.

We're going to improve this for the next update, but right now you simply use a skirt with an offset equal to your extrusion width. That produces a the brim you're looking for and also gives you the ability to change the number of perimeter outlines or layers. You may want to experiment with the skirt offset until the brim has solid adhesion to your part since you want some overlap for best results.

Re: Brim request.

Yep, already did that based on someone else's comment. It worked fine. I'll look forward to the dedicated option.
Thanks.
