prints 1 layer and then prints another copy, I only want one

Hi,

Another silly question I'm sure.
I'm using a Qidi Tech 1
Printing ABS

I've printed many many prints over the past months.
I've tried to print a simple part this morning and after the first layer it tried to print another copy beside the first..but without extruding any ABS.

The thing is...I only wanted the one copy!!

I thought it was the file so downloaded a calibration cube, the same happened.

I reset the printer to factory settings and reset simplfy.

I tried to print from the USB cable and the SD card... it still tries to print the second and then once on layer 2 doesn't extrude anymore!

THIS IS THE WEIRD THING!
The same file printed on PLA works fine!!

I've checked all the settings on Simplify and the only difference I can see is the temperature of the bed and nozzle. The rest is the same!

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Why not attach a copy of your factory file for where the double printing is occurring. File menu===>Safe factory file

I've worked out why its doing it!!

I just need to find a solution now

I added another setpoint line to the Temperature section.
Line 1 is fine and works perfectly

As soon as I add another setpoint, for line 2 it duplicates the print!

Am I adding this wrong?

Not in front of S3D to be able to look but is the temp set point you added some how pointing the the wrong extruder?
